In June, the LPRA asked its members to express their views on Benign Radio Devices.
Since there was no response, the LPRA proposes to solve this regulatory and technical debate by closing this topic with the following conclusion: there is no requirement from industry for such a class of device in the frequency range 30MHz to 3GHz.
